iPANEL - real time KanBan
The iPANEL from mattteo works perfectly in combination with an e-KanBan supply system and makes it possible to create order lines in real-time. The panel has a capacity of 80 transpponders, which means that the consumers can go up to a maximum of 80 order lines at the same time. The logistic manager can decide when these order lines will be validated, taken in order and be executed.
Through our IOSS EXCHANGE software the iPANEL can be interfaced with nearly every software system. We keep our system as open as possible. In case our customer does not have a software to organise the internal orders from the different departments (or sectors) to their internal suppliers, then mattteo can propose to implement his IOSS software in your organisation. Our Intelligent Order and Supply System (IOSS) software is focussed on the intra logistic organisation and be interfaced with the customer's central stock management system.
The logistic operators in the warehouse have the possibility to follow real-time the consuption of the products in the departments, and this per iPanel, per department of for several departments on the same time. This functionality offers the logistic managers the possibility to organise the planning, based on real-time information.
The iPanels are sending the information in real-time trough the ethernet. The distances between the departments and the warehouses are no problem anymore on condition that there is network coverage. The iPanels are the ideal solution for configurations where the warehouses are not in the same building or even not in the same city.
Our iPanels are easy to install. It's no problem to fix them against the wall or against the side of a cabinet. Per iPanel only a 230V power supply and a RJ45 connection are needed.

iCAB - real time stock management and traceability
Do you want to manage your stock in real-time on item level? Well that is possible. The iCAB from mattteo combined with the 13,56 Mhz transponders, which are glued onto the products, the intelligent shelves in the cabinet and our IOSS software are sending in real-time when a product is removed from the shelve or when it is put back into the cabinet. Active and real-time stock management can be achieved in this way. The iCAB are functioning with all kind of products, but the most suitable for active and real-time stock management are expensive products, spare parts or materials.
The iCAB can be equipped with ISO 3394 modules and through our IOSS software it can be interfaced with your central stock system or your tracing software.
In the case that the products that you want to store in the iCAB are not equipped with a 13,56 Mhz transponder, then mattteo can deliver and install an IOSS RFID print module, which allows you to make your own 13,56 Mhz transponders and to glue them onto the products.
The iCAB has an Access Control Module which traces who has got access to the cabinet, which products he took from or which products he supplied in the cabinet and when.

SiTRAN - Central Sterilisation software with use of RFID
SiTRAM is mattteo's software system for the instrument management in hospitals. SiTRAN manages and traces the instrument nets but also the separate instruments, with the help of temperature resistant transponders and bar codes. SiTRAN helps the operators in the central sterilisation with the composition of the instrument nets and with the follow-up of the sterilisation process. All data concerning the instruments and the instrument nets can be traced with the SiTRAN software.
This software helps to make the work of the operators in the central sterilisation easier and more pleasant, which results in more efficiency and a better quality. Hospitals have the need to trace everything that comes into contact with the patient, and the easier traceability process can be made, the better the quality of the traceability will be.
