With our ISO-modular rails we offer a robust yet flexible solution to store Modul-IT modular bins and baskets in our ISO-racks, open trolleys and Modu-Flex trolleys.
Via the small hooks positioned on both ends, the rail is inserted easily into the openings of the rack or trolley profile without any tooling. The rails can be repositioned each 34mm or 68mm effortlessly by the end users in line with their desired modular layout. The rails are apt to be used with our safety stop system, which prevents the bins from being pulled out too far and thus falling to the ground. |
MATTTEO LAUNCHES NEW AND IMPROVED MODULAR RAILS
In september 2024 MATTTEO launched a newly developed version of the modular rail. This rail is made of mineral-filled Polypropylene, which makes for a wear-resistant and stiff rail. It can also withstand washing tunnel temperatures up to 110°C.

Other advantages of the new injection-moulded rails:
- An optional relief wheel at the front of the rail facilitates the inserting and extracting of the bins in an ergonomically responsible manner
- An optional sliding block at the front of the rail gives extra durability to the rail when used for heavy-loaded stainless steel wire shelfs and bins.
- No difference anymore between right-side and left-side rails. The same rail can be used on both sides of the rack or trolley
- Horizontal and diagonal version available
- Sustainability: The material is suitable for recycling
