MODU-flex trolleys with doors or window doors

Our MODU-FLEX modular trolleys with doors or window doors are entirely made of aluminium and are available in heights of 150 cm and 185 cm and in widths of 40 cm, 60cm, 2x40 cm, 2x60 cm, 3x40 cm and 3x60 cm. The doors open 270 degrees and can be fixed to the siides of the trolley. They can be provided with a key lock or an electronic code lock.

The inside is equipped with modular liners to support our modular trays and baskets of 5, 10 and 20 cm deep. The modules can be placed inside the carts in horizontal, slant and tilt position with an insertion interval of 40 mm.
​All MODU-FLEX modular trolleys can be equipped with various accessories like horizontal or vertical push handles, a bumper and a folding coupling device.

By default, our MODU-FLEX modular carts have 4 double swivel castors of 100 mm diameter on dustproof ball bearings, 2 of them with brake. A version with two swivel castors and two fixed castors is also available. Swivel castors with directional lock are also a possibility.

On demand, the trolleys are available in a water-resistant version, suitable for cleaning and disinfection in tunnel washers. Custom made editions with different requirements can be produced at the customer’s request.
