Our MODUL-iT ISO modular racks differentiate themselves from other racks through their high flexibility and modularity. They are easy to install, bring structure into the storage of products and are space-saving. On top of that, MODUL-iT modular racks are perfectly compatible with our RFID i-ROOM technology and therefore well suited to optimise the stock management in all hospital departments.
We have 2 main versions of the MODUL-iT racks in our assortment. Both versions have a number of variants. Standard version of MODUL-iT modular racks: - Made of epoxy coated steel - Available in widths of 30 cm (DIN) – 40 cm (ISO) – 60 cm (ISO) - Rail positions every 68 mm (standard) – 34 mm (HD) – 22,67 mm (VHD) - Standardised top units available to increase height |
Stainless steel version of MODUL-iT modular racks (OR - CSSD):
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304
- Available in widths of 30 cm (DIN) – 40 cm (ISO) – 60 cm (ISO)
- Rail positions every 68 mm (standard) – 34 mm (HD) – 22,67 mm (VHD)
- Custom heights available on request
The desired number of columns per set-up can be easily changed. It suffices to connect two rack frames by means of 4 connection rods to make an additional unit. There are also longer connection sets available to create larger columns. This way, it becomes possible to combine standard modular columns with wider sections for large shelves.
These height-adjustable shelves can be full shelves or wire shelves. Full shelves are available in widths of 860 mm and 1260 mm. Wire shelves come in widths of 900, 1200 and 1500 mm.
Also in terms of module rails MATTTEO offers a wide variety of choices:
- Height-adjustable plastic module rails (horizontal – diagonal)
- Height-adjustable telescopic rails (horizontal)
- Height-adjustable (stainless) steel rails (horizontal – both in L and U-shape)
- Height-adjustable (stainless) steel rails with HMPE (horizontal – both in L and U-shape)
