Our RFID i-CAB combines optimal storage with a real-time stock management system, resulting in a unique logistic solution. The cabinet is equipped with ISO modular trays and baskets, which allow you to store your products up to 30% more efficiently when compared to more traditional storage systems. Each product that is stored inside the cabinet is provided with a passive RFID tag. Each tag contains the unique info about the product (lot and serial number, expiry date, etc.). The antenna inside the i-CAB constantly monitors all tagged products The information captured by the antenna is communicated to our IRIS software. The viewer gives you a real-time status of the stock levels inside the cabinet. It also traces the product movements that happen (resupply - take-out - return of unused items). IRIS can also be interfaced with your existing ERP system, so everyone can continue working in the digital environment they are used to. |
